I am a senior citizen and love working out on the treadmill. I had results the first time I used one, and am up to 4 miles a week after one year. My Doctor is happy with my results and so am I.
I enjoy the socialization and saying hello to the staff who are so friendly and helpful. The Jergenson facility is clean and well cared for! The are plenty of machines, opportunities and year-round swimming pools to get fit, open to everyone!! John Bickley

I am currently in the Livestrong program for cancer patients and survivors. It is a great program to get back in shape with support of others going through the same tough things. Even if you are in remission those going through need to hear your story, it might give them the hope they need at a hard time. I like that the Y is a christian organization but that everyone is welcome no matter your faith, just as Jesus welcomes all. I also attend other group classes, suc

The gym is clean and the equipment is well maintained.

Our adult son was in town and got to accompany me to my workout where he did his own workout as my guest. The guest fee was a bit high, but he was able to get in his workouts while I did my eGym workouts.
Looks like he will have to consider a different place to workout when he visits next time as he’s used his pass-limit for the year.
