For the location and equipment available, it has been a great experience. All the staff I have talked to have been incredibly kind and helpful.
I like the variety of classes offered. Cycle Sculpt with Libby is a great workout and I especially love the yoga stretch after the ride. I would love to see a Yoga class taught by Libby offered at Parkview Y.
I also enjoy the TNT class Barb teaches on Wednesday & Friday.

I like using the workout room and the pool. Sometimes it's crowded, and people don't follow the rules. That's annoying.
There are a lot of activities with a good range of times to choose from. We, my husband and I enjoy going to many of the water aerobics/Zumba classes. We also do the e-gym and walk the track upstairs. We have made many friends here and enjoy the instructors and all of the staff at the pool and thought out the whole Y.
Customer service
Flex and Stretch class was lots of fun. I was not prepared to dance, but the instructor moved all over the room to provide lots of opportunity to follow along from multiple angles. The stretching exercises were “spot-on.” I will be returning. . .
Always clean and provides a great walking track. Employees are welcoming.
My wife and I have the 24/7 YMCA access. We went to the Jorgensen YMCA on a Sunday morning actually it was Sunday July 20th. My wife finds it easier to walk the inside trails instead of outside due to allergens etc in the air. When we got up to the track we were basically welcomed by Praise and Worship music because a church was having service in the gymnasium. It was so delightful, we were able to spend time together, work out, enjoy some awesome worship music and a sermon! All of this was while we were quietly walking up above them on the indoor track! WE LOVED IT! We will definitely try to do this more often especially on Sunday mornings at Jorgensen!

I really enjoy Enhance Fitness with Aleesa. She suggests different movements with modifications for all levels. She gives us lots of encouragement.
I absolutely love how family friendly The Y is. I appreciate that the organization has a high standard of one should conduct themselves as this helps to maintain a safe, respectful, and clean environment. The Y also has so much to offer for so many generations. Love The Y!

I love my instructor, Cindy, and I love the camaraderie of the silver sneakers and her other class participants. I trust Cindy has our best interests in mind as she has geared the classes appropriately for women in their 60s-80s. When substitutes come in they do a good job, but I can tell they are used to much younger participants. I never get sore after Cindy's classes, but I do have more energy, feel better and am getting toned. I can now get up off the floor without holding on to anything. This is the longest I've stayed in an exercise program in my life. I've encouraged many of my friends to check out the Y programs.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The exercise equipment works well and addresses any muscle system except the brain. The pool is wet and the gym is dry and every thing is clean. I just need to use the "Y' more often.

Friendly people

I love walking the track but I especially love Aleasa Scott’s swim aerobic classes and her enhanced fitness classes on Friday. I feel fit and have gained so much overall strength but especially core strength.
