Friendly, helpful staff. Good equipment. Positive atmosphere. But there are too many people reading phones on the equipment, tying them up. Please find a way to enforce your posted policy on that! Thank you.

Dealing with very courteous people in person and over the phone.
Multiple cardio units like treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. Decent amount of weight machines and free weights. The sauna and steam rooms are great but the sauna is fairly small for the amount of people who use it.
All of the staff members at Renaissance Pointe are welcoming and knowledgeable. It's my favorite Y location to go to!
