Personal service from the folks in the office - i prefer to deal with folks who live right here where i do. Calling a common number or being transferred to a person who has no idea where this town is / sucks. Im too old to change niw and if thats the way yall are headed - i may be firced to consider options next time around.

We just moved in to a new home and needed propane service set up quickly. I called their office and the woman who answered was genuinely nice and helpful — we had the new account created over the phone in literally a few minutes..
They scheduled a technician to come out the next week, he checked the tank and all the lines, made sure everything was safe and in good shape, and gave the thumbs-up.
A couple of days later the delivery truck showed up right on time and filled the tank - he knew beforehand where the tank is so I didn't even need to do anything.
The entire process — from the first phone call to a full tank — was completely hassle-free. Everyone we dealt with was professional, responsive, and actually seemed to care.
