Prices are fair. I don't like them showing up to fill my tank if I haven't approved it as I am on a limited budget. I prefer to know ahead of time when they are coming out.

The staff consistently answers the phone and politely answers all questions. Unfortunately this has become less the norm in contacting providers of services. Yes its a big deal. It is not uncommon to spend 20 or 45 minutes on calls to other providers. # 1 Staff at Freeman, drivers too. And no I don't have any friends or family who work there.

Freeman delivers when others wont.
I have been a customer of Freeman Gas out of Blairsville, Ga. since around November 2012. I have never had an issue with this company. From the office staff to the delivery drivers, everyone has been helpful any time I called for have gas delivered, or even when I purchased gas fireplace logs and had them installed(2012). NO COMPLAINTS.......
Great service
Did not know that Freeman had taken over my service. Went by pro flame store and saw note on door. Need to let your customers know when changes are made. And maybe let us know how much gas is costing.
