Customer Service is responsive and I actually get to talk with a real person. Delivery service
is excellent. The driver/rep is always nice and greets me with a smile.

The automatic refill system. And if missed or we are low more quickly, calling response is good.
We are on automatice refill during the winter. One of our tanks went empty and Freeman came out immediately to fill the tank. The front office ladies have always been most helpful and very nice - even with all the changes with Superior.

Over the years I have enjoyed the friendly small town service. Beth is especially attentive to customer service. She was knowledgeable and polite when purchasing new remote gas logs last year. You should have her retrain corporate employees brought n to Blairsville location. Not the same. You will lose customers if things don’t change.

You have always been very prompt in getting out when I put in a request for gas. And, anytime I have to talk to your service rep’s they are always very helpful and courteous. The budget plan is a huge blessing because of the cost of gas now-days.
