Our technician Stephen was awesome! He was extremely professional, polite, prompt, courteous and went “above and beyond” our expectations for service. He answered all our questions and did an excellent job of installing our new gas stove/oven. Our only “complaint”, and this is NOT on Stephen, but on Freeman Gas is we feel charging $150.00 AN HOUR for labor is vulgar and excessive! We understand the current economy is terrible and prices for virtually everything are through the roof in the last three plus years, however this just seems rediculous.
I requested a refill of my tank and it was promptly refilled. I am happy.

Persons on the phone were prompt, professional and friendly. They set up a time and date for the instal. (l had requested a disconnect from another gas tank and removal so that company could pick up their tank. They had let my old tank give out of gas twice and I was on a service route that should have kept the tank serviced and filled.) With winter coming, reliable service is key. I have had numerous persons tell me that Freeman Gas is reliable and always keeps the tanks serviced with gas.
