Service in December was prompt, and helpful, when managed by Freeman (Blairsville) staff.
Call center staff in some other part of the country (Superior) seemed helpful, but sent a delivery driver out on a night with bad weather, in a rural area, possibly endangering the driver and risking an accident with a truckload (?) of propane.
I don't know how Freeman and Superior can balance local knowledge of rural roads in the mountains, and any possible advantages of being part of a larger corporation.
Freeman/Proflame (by whatever name) has been a dependable provider for many years. I hope corporate decision making does not weaken a good company's capabilities.
Very easy to setup delivery and you met the delivery window timeline as promised. Can't ask for more...
Service representatives are very courteous and handle requests in a timely manner. Delivery of fuel is prompt.
The auto refills are great because we don't always check our tank frequently enough and this takes the stress off of running out of propane during the winter months.

If you had asked me Thursday morning, January 9th, I would have had to answer your survey with negative comments, concerning your customer service.
You see, we received a propane delivery that morning and the driver topped off our SHOP propane tank that was approximately 65% full and only took about 60 gallons. Less than 20' away is our HOME propane tank, which read 25% full, with a winter storm predicted to arrive the next day, with 2-5" of snow forecasted.
I called the local office and asked why they filled the SHOP propane tank, rather than the HOME propane tank, or why didn't the driver fill both tanks? The lady at the Blairsville office said the "dispatcher" is not a local person and the driver can only fill tanks on his dispatch list! She also informed me that with a 500 gallon tank, reading 25% full I had about 125 gallons left and should feel fortunate, that several customers have run out of propane!!!!
After calling 4 or 5 times during the day of January 9th, I was told that the manager was arranging for the driver to come back out to fill up the HOUSE propane tank, which he did at 4:50PM. I gave the driver a $20.00 tip as a thank you!!
Based on the outcome of my adventure with Freeman Gas, last Thursday, I am satisfied with the customer service I received.
In rural America, Customer Service can be a bit of a challenge. Meaning, people are spread out, and far in between. These Folks make and keep appointments. That’s big.
People friendly. Service prompt. Like being able to pre-pay bill for the year.

Love the service I get from Freeman Gas, hated to hear our driver has quit. Best one we have ever had. He ask for a raise and they offered him 10 cents, what an insult. No Christmas bonus too
