Phone contact was always helpful. Roy was wonderful, very nice man. However I requested a monitor on my tank and was advised a different person would bring that out. I called office and was told I wasn’t on the list for a monitor. Additionally no monitors were available so I was out on a wait list. This is not acceptable and I will be following up weekly on the status

It was a very easy process from my first call to the actual set up. The office personnel were friendly and had answers for all my questions. Roy who did set up was very professional and friendly as well. Also, after checking with several gas companies Freeman was the most fairly priced.
