The staff is excellent. The time line is very good. It was 2 days from the time I called to the time the tank was filled. Very fast turnaround. They were willing to do a same day but it was not necessary because I still had 20%. There are other providers in the area that are a few cents cheaper but for the service you get I am willing to pay. Thank team your great

We had the technician Dave set up our new tank and inspect everything at our new home, He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He went out of his way to make sure we understood everything. The company also went the extra mile to accommodate our limited amount of time to get everything done before we needed to leave. Everyone from the front desk to the propane tank were very pleasant to work with.

I highly recommend Freeman Gas for all propane-gas services. We called another gas company to fill our tank, but failed the safety-check due to a non-compliant gas line that had been installed under the house slab when my house was first built 5 years ago. Due to this safety issue, they could not fill our propane gas tank, and they said it was impossible to replace the line. I then called Freeman, and they not only were able to replace the unsafe plastic pipe with a copper line, but they did not charge me for the material! It was a challenge to pull the copper pipe though the ~100 foot conduit, and took them several visits to complete the project. But, the work was done quickly and professionally. I am so relieved and thankful Freeman took care of this!
