We like the friendly staff from the delivery guys to the office staff. We ask to be on list for delivery and never really have to wait long, even after a hurricane. One time we could smell propane from a valve leak and they came quick and installed a new valve. We like the budget program for billing and the fact that you have an app and we can go in and check information.

We can walk into the store in Mountain City, talk to someone directly and get answers to our questions. They are friendly and willing to help. If you need a next day delivery, you can get it.

Easy to work with

Deliveries are prompt and I don’t have to call. They monitor it. They are so nice. I couldn’t get my pilot light to stay lit when I attempted to light it for the winter so I went to the office and a gentleman who I didn’t get his name showed me what to do. All it was was the tube that supplies the gas was clogged with dust from not being used all summer and he told me exactly what to do. It took all of thirty seconds to fix it and everything was fine. I appreciate the help because they could have easily sent someone to my house and charged me with a service call. I appreciate the honesty and the help.
