Accessibility: During the six years we've owned our home I haven't had many problems or questions with Freeman Gas however, whenever I've reached out to them I've always made contact with a knowledgeable person who has immediatey resolved my problem or answered my question. This past week was no exception, I called to inquire about an our last delivery which was about one year ago. Their cellular monitoring system indicated that our tanks were at 70% of capacity. The person who was assisting me (I'm sorry I don't recall her name but she was very helpful) immediately offered to send someone by our home to check the tanks. In less than one day our home was visited and a delivery was made. Last year (it might have been two years ago) we were having problems with our tankless hot water system. I called Freeman and within a short period of time they installed a new tankless hot water system that has worked perfectly. Thank-you Freeman Gas!
Your team is extremely professional, very responsive , always answers the phone , and reliable….during this past winter during extreme cold weather , they kept my propane tank filled , and even made a Sunday delivery ..I recommend your company to all of my neighbors and especially our new residents in our Lake Toxaway community..Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to the entire Lake Toxaway/Cashiers area team .
