Absolutely the best service you could ask for.
We assumed the rental of a 500 gallon tank on a home recently purchased. The convenience and dependability of remote monitoring and refills without having to request is a big value. Tried comparing cost of fuel with other suppliers when we moved but just like gas prices at the pump, the cost of maintaining their supply is going to be passed on to the consumer no matter which supplier one chooses. I found comparing cost not to be a consistent reliable factor when choosing a supplier.

I’ve seen lots of social media posts about how the service has gone downhill. I did have a challenge in December getting a delivery when the system was showing 10%. This time, though I preemptively scheduled a delivery when it was at 34%, knowing that it would take a few weeks. Everything worked great though.

It took me a while to find out that the Brevard office was closed, and I needed to deal with cashiers.
I love the staff at Freeman Gas in Cashiers NC. They are responsive and ready to help when I can finally reach them. I do not like their phone lines being taken over by corporate.

I like the keep full service. I do not like the fact that you can’t call our local office and talk to them. I waited on hold on the 800 number for 30 minutes and never was able to talk to anyone.

I love the monitor on my tank that shows how much fuel is in there. BUT I am very disappointed, frustrated and upset that for 3 days I called and could not get through to a person. The first day I was on hold for 53 minutes - listening to the same little commercials over and over again. I was calling to have my delivery changed to half a tank instead of a full tank. I am moving the middle of February and didn’t want to waste money on propane that was going to be sitting in a tank at an empty house, which is now going to happen sine the fuel was delivered on the third day of my trying to contact you. I even went to the store in Brevard only to find it had closed months ago!
