I requested Freeman come to refill our propane tank on a certain day when I was in residence. They accommodated me and I appreciated bc I wanted to get a receipt. Receipt shows more info about the fill than email does.

I like getting the text message when you have come to fill the tank.
I do not like to have to go online to print off the bill. It was very time consuming for me. Because i'm working during the day and don't always have access to get my account information.

the fact that Freeman Gas in Cashiers NC still has the customer service attitude that made them successful. even though they have been purchased by Suburban. I’ve seen it so many times when a big company buys a smaller one and think they know the customers and they don’t and they instantly want to change what worked. Customers still like the personal touch with companies-Freeman has it!! From Jennifer and Kelly in the office to the techs who did the work—all kind and professional.
