Freeman Gas has been a superb company to do business with...until they were purchased by Superior Gas (SG). When Freeman transferred all the customer records to SG, the new company made a mess out of them. They would not store the auto pay records, so that had to be done all over again which took some lengthy phone time and several emails.
If this was the first time with SG, I would probably search for a different gas provider.
Friendly staff
Very accommodating when I called about getting my RV tanks filled as well as the Home tank. They weren’t scheduled until the next week, but came out anyway. I called in to pay my bill and Britt answered the phone and was very pleasant and took care of everything.
They come when you call. They make life easy :)

I love Freeman Gas’ responsiveness. Cashiers office is spectacular. So good.
However, the Freeman Gas new scheduling system is horrible. In my over 30 years as a cusotmer out of your Cashiers office i have never ever run out of gas, you have always been perfectly anticipatory.
Last week we ran out of gas. Did not imagine that could be the problem so I called my gas tankless water heater repairman. Needlessly.
Thankfully, your professional technician came to my home and tested for gas pressure and immediately told me i was out of gas. Simple, thank goodness.
I was told we were scheduled for gas delivery by the new system in about three weeks. Really?
When website did not allow online order, one simple quickly answered call got me a delivery that day
