I called on a sunday night, out of gas and out of town. Guest at my home in rural N C with no hot water, stove or heat.
Young lady from Customer service (i do nave her name, she was in Hernando county Florida0 answer, contacted the service tec who came out in thirty minutes. The tech inspected for leaks and filled the empty tank.
You don't find that kind of service very often.
