I love the red light therapy and also the stair climber. The stair climber is easy to use and I can go at my own pace. The best part of walking in the gym is being created by friendly faces who can help me learn about new things there as a black card member. Melissa and Dorthy were exceptional!

Lots of cardio equipment. Place is very clean.
One grip I do have. The cell phone policy is not being enforced. Too many people sit on machines texting thus monopolizing the equipment. This does not sit well with gym members.
Hopefully, manage will resolve this issue.
