Majority of the staff is friendly and I find the gym to stay pretty clean.
Facility was clean and well maintained and the desk staff was very helpful.
Clean facilities, plenty of equipment and most of it works well. I have only found one spin bike and one recumbent bike with either a broken toe clip or a seat that rocks and both have been since repaired.
I love thé machines you have for my age group and, of course , the agreement you have with United Healthcare that allows me to use the gym at no cost is awesome. Even if that agreement changed, your monthly fee is very reasonable! You are in close proximity but there are many convenient locations and that is another great feature.
