I am new to Planet Fitness. My first day there, I was a little nervous that I wouldn’t know what to do or where to go…
All I had to say to the staff member at the front desk was “it’s my first time here”, and he not only showed me how to sign in, but he even gave me a tour of the whole gym! He also demonstrated how to use a couple of the machines that I wanted to try, even though they were pretty busy at the time..
Thank you Planet Fitness Gonzales staff for making my first experience there a great one(: & thank y’all so much for having such a great attitude when y’all could’ve easily been annoyed with me!
There is no pressure; everyone works out at their own pace. Staff is friendly.
Courteous staff for the most part. Equipment all works and it could be bad but it’s not! I like going there, and it serves its purpose. Thank you for keeping it nice.

I like the people and the employees go out of their to be courteous and friendly and helpful! It's always clean and the availability of machines is a plus. I love the beauty angel and the heated massage tables since I have back issues, that's always a plus after my workout.

The facility is clean and the equipment is new. I currently workout at the location in Denham springs and since I’ve recently moved there have to visit this location more often than I would prefer to.
It felt great finally being able to workout at what I had called home planet again at the Gonzales location.
I wish someone can up date the stair master and arc trainer at the Denham location. Well all the equipment at that location.

All the people offering the service such as Mr. Anthony and Ms. Saasha are excellent. They greet the members joyfully and courteously. They always have a smile on their face. That makes the hard work-out easy and enjoyable.
