I want to know two things.
Why don’t we have scales to accurately gauge our progress?
You say it’s not a judgement zone and yet you have a LUNK insult on the wall! That’s about as judgment as it gets. Why?
Love how clean the gym is and welcoming. My feedback would be for the 30 min hit workout to be monitored some more. It’s impossible to complete as people hog the machines in there as well and are not using that area for what it is intended for.
