Good gym
I like the plentiful amount of cardio equipment, as well as the work out equipment available. The equipment isn't intimidating like it is at some gyms. And I like the laid back atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful.
There aren’t too many people when I go. I really like the 30 minute area. I can knock out something decent in 30 minutes with the red and green light.
Clean, well-maintained equipment is always readily available.

I’m new to a gym and the atmosphere there is welcoming not intimidating. Staff are very helpful. Showed me machines that would help me target the areas I want to work. So many machines no wait time.

The staff greets you as you walk in !! The back is spacious, but I find the machines as you walk in a a little crowded, but it works !! Always clean
It’s a great price the gym is clean & the massage chairs are very good. I have not used the tanning bed yet, but I do look forward to a day when I can use those.
