The workouts are great and equipment for everything needs and physical workouts plus body parts targets is on point I love it . Working out on my own pace .and having great results of my goals and stabilize my health conditions. It’s clean also .

I like the gym overall, and its layout is nice. I think a hack squat machine would be pretty cool to have. And could we please bring back the candies?

I appreciate how friendly the staff is, how efficient they are when it comes to refilling the sprays and or paper towels. Guests with any accommodations are welcome and that makes the gym 10x better.

Today I was greeted with the most prettiest smile. The girl at the counter was super kind and just put out the most happiest of vibes! I should have told her but hind sight is 20/20. Hopefully she will be praised for this comment, she surely deserves it! This location has some great employees at the front desk. They’re always on point and professional! Always greet and tell me thanks and have a good day when I leave. And did I mention how clean it is??? Wow, immaculate!!! EVERY TIME!

Truly no feeling of judgement. Yesterday I became overheated and went out to get air. The blonde at the front desk came out and checked on me. i was overheated because of not having the proper attire on. She even offered me an extra t-shirt she had. I didn’t use it but was so impressed by her kindness and concern for others. Denham Springs location.
I like being able to go at anytime.
