I was pleasantly surprised by this facility…. Especially for a PF… Its huge! Tons of machines and treadmills. Lots of dumbells and benches. Lots of smith machines and benches. No olympic bar setups for free weight squat/ deadlift/ bench….but smith machines work ok for that.
If you are big into strength training or olympic lifts, you may find it limiting here. But if you are just trying to get or stay strong, heathy, and fit…. This place gotchu.
