Girls at check in are friendly. Machines I use are generally maintained but when they’re down, it’s not a long period of time.

I like the 24 hr open because I can come in anytime my body tells me and I don't have to wait for open equipment everything I use is right there waiting for me with no interruptions.

What do you like about our services?

My gym is always clean, there are plenty available machines for me to use and there is no pressure for me to look a certain way or lift a certain weight. I can work at my own pace and not feel like its a competition. The staff are friendly and always willing to help if I need more information.
