The support I get whenever I need it as I am disabled variety of machines, especially the new step in, which is the only one I can use as far as anything like a bicycle cannot use a bicycle because of my disability, but the new step is awesome and I am able to Use a variety of machines to strengthen my legs as well as my goal. Everyone is very friendly courteous, and the last thing is the massage lounge love it.
Large facility with many options but wish they had exercise classes whether it be yoga, pilates, dance etc.
When I had a concern regarding the cleanliness of the women’s restroom area, the response time was impeccable. Also, the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Overall, the facility is a great place to workout. I also like the large variety of workout equipment that are available at this location.
Clean environment and friendly staff. New and up to date equipment. Tons of room and has something for everyone.

Planet Fitness has the best and newest equipment , very professional employees, and a manager that is there to help and assist me when every i need any assistance, They keep all equipment and restrooms very clean!

The space
Can you get better signage to explain the 30 minute room? Nearly everyday, there is someone sitting on the preacher curl for 10+ minutes. I can finish my workout and still have someone sitting on that machine.
I love the professionalism of the workers, also the fact that they know your name which makes you know it’s personal. Also our gym stays so clean. I love our gym.
