The staff is super nice. Place is always clean always. Josh who works there is a gem. He's always working hard, always greets and says good bye, never hesitates to help out or talk. Everyone else is the same. I mentioned Josh because he is the one i see the most. We'll done .
Taking the time and interest to correct issues ,
I like that I feel comfortable not judged. I miss the 30 minute circuit of machines you used to have in the front. It helped this beginner stay organized with regard to working different body parts.

The workers are very polite, friendly and give good pointer tips. At this location, they make you feel so comfortable.

Fitness trainer is my number 1 fave. Open 24 hours is next on the list. Then the tanning beds/booths and all the black card amenities is worth a trip to the gym if nothing else is done. But to bring a friend who needs the gym more than I do for health reasons would beat everything I pay for. Thank you for adding that access feature!!

Ease of use of equipment
Friendliness of staff. Cleanliness of facility. Judgment - I feel comfortable working out at my own pace. Everyone is doing their own thing - not looking at others or making judgments. Also, if any equipment is broken, it is fixed in a timely manner; paper towels also restocked, etc. I enjoy working out at Planet Fitness!
