Almost all the machines were new since it had been a while since I had gone. No one on floor to see if anyone needed help. I asked a fellow exerciser if he knew how to adjust the equipment I was on. He couldn’t figure it out and I thanked him for trying. I’m 71 and don’t know all about the equipment, I found the scanners and started trying them, and I kept studying the bike and finally figured out how to adjust it.

The place looks great, it had gotten worn looking but I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. When it first opened, there were personal trainers who helped set up a plan for me. If I do continue to go, I will up my card back to black card membership as I enjoy the back area also.
