You have all the equipment needed to get in shape!

I like that it’s small and a lot less crowded than any other locations. I love having one close by without having to go all the way to Lafayette. I do wish that they had more equipment like the larger locations. Maybe another cable machine or an incline chest press machine.

Anonymity. Amiable staff. Generally, not a social club. It’s a focused culture, where people come in to work out and not be bothered.

Staff is friendly and prompt at helping out if needed. Overall the facility is very clean and out of order equipment is repaired quickly.

The Club is easily accessible for me. I like its cleanliness, variety of machines and opening hours.

Gym is clean and never too busy. Very open layout makes it easy to not feel crowded.

No judgment, friendly, helpful staff

Well always clean and friendly staff. BUT! PF had chairs that were cushioned and shaped like hands. In Louisiana you would probably sell a lot of them. But that is not my point. You should have chairs for your staff to sit in, high enough to greet members. As an avid gym goer and associated with planet fitness since 2006. I'm not impressed because they're standing there! You should realize if you ever worked where you had to stand all day. You enjoy your job but dread the thought Sunday, that you have to stand all day Monday. As far as I'm concerned any member that would complain because they were sitting! Can take their little money elsewhere .

The staff is SO AMAZING !! So very sweet, helpful, kind, and welcoming. This is what brought me back the second time! The gym is very spacious, clean, and quiet. It was not intimidating for a newbie as I felt very welcome. Locker room was very clean. Massage chairs are very amazing! There is not one complaint about this gym. I am a permanent member now! 💕

Here one for the. Boss. Y'all are so concerned that someone parks motorcycle near build out of everyone way. But planet fitness does nothing to stop the people from parking in handicap parking spots. And illegal Parking the parking lot it a daily issue. Why is that
