Close to home. Comfortable laid back vibe. Familiar feel. Pool locker rooms desperately need renovation.
The pool is amazing! The changing room (ladies) was extremely clean, and the front desk employee was really nice.

Loved the new equipment! I especially love the new hip thrust machine. So very happy that you guys ordered it.The track is great and I also like the functional training area.
Just two things I would suggest:
= The locker room is FREEEEZING. This makes it less likely to shower which is a big bummer.
= Any way you can turn down the music a little bit? Most people are listening to their own anyway.

Affordable membership, well-maintained equipment, adequate locker facilities (aside from the problematic steam room), committed staff (shout-out to Casey T.), convenient location.
I have been a member for about 5 years now. The place is awesome would recommend to anyone.
I love the classes and instructors! I regularly workout at 6 AM or 5:45 AM and sometimes on the weekend. I would appreciate it if you could add back an early morning class on Mondays. Until then, my dogs are thankful for the extra longwalk they get on Mondays.
I like the friendliness and easy access.
The staff in the free weights were super positive and nice. The blonde lady came and talked to my son about proper form. When she walked away he looked at me and said "she was so hot, I can't remember what she said." .... Teenagers.

I usually go to the Northwest Cary Y. Decided to try Taylor on Saturday. It was a great experience all around! Good Finnish sauna. Nice people. Spacious locker room.
