There was an issue with my account. My email address somehow was no longer associated with my account info. The receptionist was quick to recognize this and helped me fix the issue.
The organization of open gym with volleyball and the investment in equipment likeness and poles and such is impressive compared to other YMCAs. I also like that they offer Wallyball! And everyone has a good attitude! All around a good experience.
The staff's professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness makes me, and my son feel very comfortable. Also, appreciate their responsiveness and level of communication when required.
It’s very convenient for me to utilize because I don’t get off until late and it’s comforting knowing it’s somewhere for my child to go and be safe and comfortable and can work on school work. She loves the after school program and has met some new friends.
We absolutely adore all of our counselors after school. My daughter is often disappointed when I pick her up early, because she's missing out on some fun activities or crafts that are going on. We are so appreciative for the staff and members at the Y- it has been a savior to our family.
After school at Cary Elementary through the Taylor Family YMCA has been such a positive experience for our family. Our daughter has enjoyed getting to know all of her counselors. She loves all of the crafts and games. And we know that she is safe and cared for. The staff is very communicative and Danielle Crutchfield is wonderful to work with.

I have been a long time fan of the YMCA as a camper, counselor, and now a parent. My adopted son, Ayden, is a great kid with a lot of energy and athletic talent. Along with that he presents behavior challenges due to trauma he experienced before he came into my care. The experience he has had with the caring and dedicated staff at the Taylor YMCA has played an essential role in his success and confidence. I am aware that he requires extra support to regulate his emotions at times, and I was anxious about getting phone calls to pick him up due to his behavior. Instead Michael saw the potential in him and approached me to ask how he could best support him. As a teacher and parent, this was so nice to hear! Since then he has worked with Ayden and the staff to implement plans to keep him on track. Recently, Libby spoke with his therapist and arranged for him to visit him at the Y. Again, Michael jumped in to collaborate with him to implement strategies for Ayden's success. I appreciate that when Ayden has issues, the staff takes time to listen to him and teach him to be accountable. Next, they communicate with me in a very helpful and positive way. Finally, most rewarding has been seeing Ayden support kids attending with special needs. Several times he has come out to my car with his arm around his friend with downs syndrome. Both have have smiles on their faces as Ayden introduces him as his "best friend." With all that said, I am so thankful that the Taylor YMCA has become part of our journey!

My daughter loves attending YMCA after school. She really enjoys all the activities she can do, especially crafts and art. she loves the counsellors.
My son loves the after school program. The counselors are great.
My daughter enjoys after school care. The staff are friendly and actively participate in activities with the kids. My daughter has made friends and enjoys the social time after school. I am glad to have a safe place for her while I complete my workday.

The after school program has been very supportive and worked hard to meet my child's needs. The staff turnover can be hard, but that's childcare everywhere. We've been so grateful for all of the great people we've worked with through the Y.
I LOVE the atmosphere. I LOVE the people who work there at the front desk (and behind doors). I LOVE the fitness instructors and how they connect to us / they care about us. I LOVE how it is small and comfortable. I LOVE how everyone treats my son who has Autism and how everyone welcomes him during the zumba and water aerobics classes that he loves to take. I LOVE how the community grew around it and yet, it remains beautiful and humble.
