Great teachers for the group classes. My health and well being has greatly improved with the knowledge learned from the classes. Great energy from the teachers, personable and always available to answer any questions. The staff is always helpful and professional, greeting me as I arrive and wishing me a great day as I leave. I love the Southeast Y! Especially because the pool stays open longer than most pools in the area. The only thing I've noticed that would make my experience a perfect 10 would be if there were hair dryers in the ladies locker room-like there are at other Ys in the area.
