The facility is beautiful, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment is clean and the locker rooms are very nice. The heated outdoor pool is awesome!
Location is great and the receptionist are very helpful and kind. Parking lot need to be bigger - when students arrive - its congested with gym goers and hard to get our of handicap spaces.
Love the dance classes and variety of classes offered!

Everything! Friendly staff, clean, good equipment, amazing classes, and welcoming environment. I also LOVE how they consistently engage the community. I usually go to another Y location during the week because it's closer to home. I travel 30 minutes to get to SER Y on the weekends because this is my favorite location!

Love the facility and its staff - very welcoming. I visit both the Alexander and SE Raleigh branches. Enjoy both. SE Raleigh has easier parking.

The facility is nice. The front desk workers always speak and are friendly. I enjoy the class variety. My favorite is dance class with Byron on Tuesday and Saturday.
