I like having a gym to go to that's close to home. I like having access to both an indoor walking track and an outdoor walking track. I like that there are a variety of group exercise classes to choose but the times of these classes mostly conflict with my work schedule; so, I'm not able to attend as much as I would like.
What a wonderful YMCA! The staff are great and the workout space is open and well appointed!!

My membership is with Alexander but SE has great classes that you can't find at Alexander - more body/'mind/spirit classes that aren't just yoga. At Alexander, if you don't take yoga there's not much else. Loved the Body Balance class. Also studio 1is an amazing space. Everyone isn't packed like sardines like at Alexander. It was a much calmer and enjoyable experience- at least on a Thursday morning.
