Nice facility overall. I love the cohabitation with an elementary school. Very nice pool. The shower stalls in the locker rooms are amazing! If only there was a steam room (my personal preference over a sauna), this would be my sole location.
Love the outdoor pool. I wish there were more lap swim hours!

SER YMCA is a wonderful place with wonderful staff. The classes are diverse and interesting, AND offered at good times for people like myself that can't get to the gym until at least 5:00pm. We also love the pool. It's like an oasis close to home.

I love the step classes! My original home gym Poole doesn’t have them. I made the switch because the step classes are just so fun, energetic and challenging!!

The location is excellent. The facilities are always clean and equipment is very well maintained. The place is truly a gem in SE Raleigh.
Exercise for all ages!
Everyone is so kind. I get really anxious to try new things but have felt super comfortable and welcomed by everyone. They care for my son in childcare and I know he’s always safe which allows me a few minutes to myself. It’s been honestly life changing.

The facility is unique, staff is always so kind, and the teachers…they are phenomenal!
Staff and instructors are friendly and inviting. Newbies are welcome to try the different classes and receive support from the instructors and members.
Teri was so nice! She went above and beyond to show me around and welcome me. I had been away for a year and Danika welcomed me back with a big hug, it felt like coming home!

Very likely, the environment is very good at ymca and the staff are welcoming and helpful.
Clean Friendly
I love the Southeast Y! Especially because the pool stays open longer than most pools in the area. The only thing I've noticed that would make my experience a perfect 10 would be if there were hair dryers in the ladies locker room-like there are at other Ys in the area.
