I am a huge fan of YMCA! I am extremely fond of Northwest Cary and AE Finley. Northwest for the classes and instructors. AE Finley for the people and the support/training. I use them both regularly :-)

The size of the facility. The lobby great for working. W decent workout equipment. Trainer Trudy is the absolute best. And the kid zone is awesome

Very nice & clean facility with plenty of equipment & amenities. Please add a cold plunge in the men’s locker room.

West Cary ymca , I love it. Whole ambience is very conducive to getting motivated to exercise. I see effort to continually improve member experience which is great.

Pros: big open spacious workout area, big assortment of exercise machines, clean locker room.
Cons: men’s steam room broken

Facility is so clean, lots of equipments to work out. Especially I like the walking trail . Staff is very helpful and friendly. The best thing I like about NW Cary YMCA is group exercise classes offered to 55 plus adults.

Friendly, home-y environment. Great Gentle Yoga class with Caroline. Nice women's locker room.
