The staff are always friendly. Facilities are clean and modern. I enjoy the yoga and Pilates classes that I take.

I like the open atmosphere. I like seeing others work out while I am also.

It can be really crowded sometimes though getting on machines. I like the actual stairs that move and there are only two of those and one has been under caution for a repair for some time.

Excellent workout equipment, very new and clean facility, sauna is excellent,
Great for jogging, swimming pool for laps. and heated in winter. The best Y in the triangle!

I like the spacing and the amount of equipment available at NW Cary.

What do you like about your Northwest Cary YMCA - Membership experience?

I use the weight machines and the stationary bikes. I like all of the machines (MUCH better than the new ones at that Taylor Y). And I like that the bikes are facing the windows, have TV options and individual fans.
The NW Cary Y is big, bright and friendly!

Excellent facility. Friendly and always employees and volunteers. Everyone is happy because they’re doing something they enjoy. Been a member for several years and haven’t seen an angry person yet but I’ve seen a million smiles.

staff are friendly and the bbc story of classes is great. would like to use a stretching machine like they have at the chiropractors office.
