Love the Y! Been coming for about 4 months. I have lost almost 40 pounds and gained some nice muscle definition. The staff here are helpful and friendly. Brian and Tim are two that go out of their way to help members and make them feel comfortable. Have made many new friends here also. So, all in all, the Y helped me get my health back on track and gave me a new social hub. Thanks YMCA!

It’s more than a gymn to me. It’s the personal touch of all the volunteers and staff working at the YMCA that I meet that brings joy in day to day life. Thanks to Mary, Lori, Mike, Steve and others at Northwest YMCA

LOVE MY Y and all it offers.

PLEASE stay on top of kids sitting on machines and being on their phones. Please also stay on top of groups congregating around machines and chatting instead of working out.
