Excellent staff. Very friendly and professional. The biggest opportunity for improvement is to enforce the no cell phone use while on the weight machines and to reinforce the concept of letting others "work in" while taking breaks between sets.

Facilities are great! (Yoga room might need to be bigger though based on the demand for classes.). Classes are challenging and fun, yet the teachers take the necessary steps to recognize that people are in different places in their fitness journey and might be nursing injuries and suggest modifications to simplify or make the class more challenging for the more advanced students. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great place to workout all in all.

I love the wide variety of classes that are offered. The instructors are fantastic and the positive energy where people in the class are high-fiving each other is so encouraging and such a fun atmosphere to work out in.
