Great facilities, friendly staff, wonderful experience.
Counselors were very welcoming and helpful with my foster daughter. She came into our care late in the summer and was very scared to go to the new camp, but the staff made her feel safe and helped her have fun and were also very flexible with our schedules of having to pick her up and drop her off at varying times over the weeks.
Everyone I met when I applied for membership were very friendly and helpful. I also received a tour of the facility that afternoon and was introduced to several members. The day after i applied, i received a phone call saying they my UnitedHealth care Renew program was not one that was accepted. Apparently there are levels of the Renew plan based on your specific policy. Since I was not eligible to join based on my insurance plan, I came back the next day to cancel my membership.
I was very please with the way the staff of the Y handled the application process and they way they handled the notification that the Renew program provided by my insurance was not accepted.
The staff I interacted with were fantastic, both during the application process and the cancellation process. Based on this interaction I would recommend the Kraft Family YMCA to family and friends. I would also come back to join if my insurance changes in the future.
My kids enjoyed being at the camp socializing with their peers, enjoying the activities provided by ymca and learning new skills. Thank you!! Sg

Everything. The facilities are great and issues with equipment are handled very quickly. The kid zone is amazing. The staff in the entire facility is so lovely and helpful.
The Kraft YMCA is very well equipped and maintained. What I like the best is that you keep it clean without using noxious chemicals and bleach. Also, the staff are super friendly and well informed.
I really appreciate how welcoming and supportive the staff are. The program provides a safe, structured environment, and my child enjoys the activities and feels comfortable there.

Friendly staff, clean locker rooms. The exercise space is small and often crowded. It would be great to have a fan in the workout room!!
The staff, the staff, the staff! Congratulations on selecting an incredible administrative staff to lead all the counselors. I felt 100% secure that my kid was not only going to be responsibly looked after, but also never excluded, which is equally important. The activities were varied and the bead necklace motivation technique was genius. I was also thrilled to see that there was also a large diversity within the staff. I’m thrilled w her experience at day camp and will definitely be looking forward to it next summer.

The management and staff of the Kraft Family YMCA make great effort to provide all a friendly, welcoming, organized and clean facility for all to enjoy. My wife and I have only been members for a few months but are greatly enjoying our membership and appreciate the efforts of the Kraft Family YMCA staff. We have no hesitation recommending this facility for membership.
We absolutely loved YMCA Kindercamp! Our daughter has attended for the past three years, and every day she leaves asking if she can come back tomorrow. They send home adorable communication cards and create so many fun crafts based on each week’s theme. The bus rides, songs, and pool days are always the highlights of her week! All of the counselors are incredibly sweet and truly take wonderful care of the kids.
The staff and program are AMAZING! Lauren is an experienced and caring leader over a summer experience that is both structured and safe but also flexible enough for each child to have a wonderful day! Respite for caregivers and a safe fun environment! Kids come home tired and happy. Who could ask for more?

The Kraft Family Y is one of the cleanest, best run Ys in the triangle. In fact, of all the triangle Ys, Kraft Family is a top of the line, 5 Stars facility. Everything is clean, everything is working, staff are friendly and it’s a pleasure to work out here.
