excellent facility and staff
First and foremost, virtually every person that works the front desk is very nice and friendly. There is one older woman with shortcut hair who’s not nice at all but everyone else is. That’s the only criticism I have. Everything else about the Kraft Family Y is really excellent. It’s a nice and clean facility. Everything is in working order and of course the coffee machine is a fantastic added benefit!

Close to home. My kids love the swim team. The classes (e.g. yoga) are affordable compared to other companies nearby. Positive energy there
I attend Body pump and Yoga classes. The instructors are getting changed very often for Body Pump. And I feel that better and enthusiastic instructors are leaving for past one year.
Appreciate we see more virtual classes than in person classes. Especially the evening classes that working people can attend will be better to be in Yoga, strength (body pump) and mat pilates. Also, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon/evening classes are mostly virtual. We appreciate if these can be scheduled instead of virtual classes.

I think the childcare is really wonderful. A great staff. My only complaint/request is that childcare would open earlier on weekday afternoons - at 4pm instead of 4:30pm.

I like the classes and childcare staff :) I only wish there was another morning 9:35 body pump class!
My daighter absolutely loves attending and all of the activities. The staff members are amazing.
So far I've been very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility itself and how updated it is. I like the options provided for group ex. And all the staff I have encountered have been very friendly.
Kraft YMCA is so much more than I expected. The facility is large and well maintained. It’s very clean and staff continually ensure equipment is sanitized, Locker rooms are nice and towels are clean & available. A special shout out to Robert, who is always friendly and helpful to members or training other staff. He truly embodies the philosophy of caring and respect. We always feel welcome at this location. Also, a special shout out to Helen for the presentations offered, her friendliness and genuinely caring that members feel welcome and connected. This facility offers so many programs, services and events- it’s a joy to be a member. I can’t say enough good things about this location! Thank you for all your efforts- it’s truly appreciated!
Friendly. Great classes with engaging instructors. Clean facilities and equipment is in good working condition with nice variety. Love the pickleball time with non competitive adults.

I’ve been really happy with the Kraft Family YMCA. It just feels like a well run place.
The equipment is modern and in good shape, and I rarely find myself waiting around. Everything is clean, and not just on the surface. The gym actually smells clean.
The building itself is a big plus. There are a lot of windows, so you get natural light coming in, which makes a big difference. It makes it feel like a happy place to work out.
They have different workout zones set up well, so you can move between areas depending on what you are doing. The indoor track is open and easy to use, and it is nice to have that option for walking or running without feeling cramped.
The sauna setup is better than most. They have both a dry sauna and an infrared sauna, and towels are provided which is a nice touch.
Staff has always been friendly and helpful.
Overall, it is a clean, comfortable place to work out, and it is easy to stick with a routine there.

Love the Kraft YMCA! The staff is SO UPBEAT & fantastic and the equipment is top notch. I find the facilities extremely clean and maintained & just really easy to use. One thing I especially love is the infrared sauna.
I haven't done classes there in a long time but I'm sure they're great since they seem to be full.
I don't have little ones but I do hear from Mom's that go there and their children love going .
Love how friendly everyone is: staff, members, everyone! It's my HAPPY PLACE.
The front desk people are so nice and helpful. I am able to workout and achieve my physical goals and I also enjoy the sauna especially.
