People working there are super friendly. Classes are good with great instructors. Shout out to Kelly S. Sarah and Kimberly. Wish there were classes that tend to fill up quick like pump and strength classes. Pickleball play has been great!

It's a Christian faith-based organization and has a great atmosphere which is encouraging with every age group. Your facility is clean. Your staff is very friendly and helpful. You have many exercise and social opportunities to participate in.

I seriously love this place. I don’t normally come to use equipment or workout in the usual sense but I love the classes this place has to offer! I come for yoga most days out of the week and the infrared sauna is fantastic.
