I came to the Kraft Ymca to swim due to the temp closure of the Garner pool. I find the life guards to be much friendlier and kinder. At Garner, they are overly strict and don’t even smile around the kids. The Kraft lifeguards have pleasant personalities, and isn’t that a requirement if you’re working with children?! Just some smiles make you a more approachable person. 😁

I’ve met wonderful people, both guests and staff! Staff are very pleasant and friendly, always welcoming with a big smile! The YMCA is a great place to begin friendships as well as strengthen our bodies!
A variety of activities with a caring and competent staff. Easy drop off and pick up. Email ahead of the week was helpful and contained clear and relevant information.

Love this gym. TRULY love this gym. So friendly. The staff is incredible – feels like a beautiful community. Gym is clean, well-kept, runs smoothly. Bathrooms clean. Lots of smiling faces and healthy people.

Love the community, the staff, location, variety of classes and equipment. Melissa, Gretchen and Isabelle are incredible instructors - always positive, motivating, supportive and kind.
Only feedback is the spin room is never cool enough and quickly gets to hot during classes… especially in the summer. Several years ago it was kept much cooler.
Erin signed me up and was patient and professional in filling me in on all the options and opportunities. It was an excelent start to the membership.

The pool is great! The lifeguards are very nice and attentive! We love the slide!
Just a quick note about the front desk: overall things are good, but I’ve noticed that a couple of team members could be a little more welcoming. A smile and a lighter tone go a long way. Sometimes the questions come across a bit too serious, and it can make guests feel uncomfortable. I’m mentioning this with good intentions — I really want this place to shine.
I enjoyed a Yoga class last week and then the sauna with infrared light in it! It felt great!
Really liking it! Great equipment! I wonder, though, the people using the weight machines could vacate the machine while they wait to do their next set? That would permit someone else to use the machine in-between their sets .
