The pool
Staff is always super friendly. Lots of great classes.
Great staff
I love the increased options of Thrive classes. Hopefully Thrive Pilates is in someone’s thought process to add too.
The staff and teachers are so friendly and fun to exercise with.
Great classes with fun instructors, comfortable atmosphere, pleasant indoor track
I have belonged to the for 19 years and enjoyed it very much. The only problem is I wished they would get the sing in times Right
The people are the major best part of the company
Racquetball courts; Indoor walking track; kind and helpful staff; really nice, respectful, well mannered teenagers walk over after school and come on weekends (kudos to their parents!). Enjoy the coffee machine, with decadent creamers, and I just really like the overall vibe at the Kerr Y. Marla Cates
The facility is always very clean. They could use a new locker system though..
I have had to call front desk numerous times to open my locker.
Love the water aerobics and teachers. Love the consistency of the classes being everyday at the same time. It works well with my schedule.
I often use the track before my swim class.
Friendly front desk people.
yes I like Kerr Y
It is a great facility and the staff is awesome
I love the water aerobics, but I feel you should change things up just to make it even more enjoyable. Other Ys have water yoga, deep water classes some gyms have those water treadmills, bands for the water etc. The water instructors are great. I just think it's time for more added TYPES of classes offered for the water. Finley has a deep-water class, and it is amazing. Other classes to consider would be aqua combat, aqua Zumba, those balancing boards in the water. SOOO many possibilities to be explored.
Maybe consider getting a heater for the outdoor pool so we can enjoy the sun longer since it doesn't get really cold until end of October. Just some ideas to ponder and discuss. Love the Y, love the instructors, everyone is great. Maybe try some new classes that I mentioned above. Thanks for listening. I've heard that y'all like to receive feedback so please consider what I have talked about.

Instructors, members, and diversity are what i like most.
If you could expand the facility (convert racketball courts) to fitness classrooms that would be great.
The Kerr Family YMCA is very convenient for my wife and I and that in itself helps encourage us to exercise regularly when we are able. The Staff is also helpful when needed.
Facilities are clean and locker room well thought out. Staff are nice
The staff is very helpful and always seems excited to be there.
I love that there are all ages at the Y. Lots and lots of seniors, but lots of young people as well.
Great class schedules! I can find a class almost anytime any day of the week.
It’s kept very clean!
Very good
Friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Enjoy participating in the classes.
Need additional swim classes during the week for thrive.
Review of water instructors needed. Most have no clue what is supposed to be done with one of the instructors. Does really do the exercise herself
Everything
Those I attend class with are like family . We take care of each other and socialize together.
Glad to see your phone policy/reminder in the weight room. I would like it better if you enforced it.
Beautiful facility, especially indoor pool. Staff also first rate and welcoming.
Employees are friendly and always willing to help you.
Close to home
Classes are great, instructors concentrate on correct form, folks are all friendly. What more could we ask gor?
I have really enjoyed being a part of this YMCA! The people are wonderful there.
The people - the employees, the other members, even the cleaning staff (love that they employ disabled folks)! Great classes too.
Love the pickleball however I think you should devote more than one court on Friday and Saturday. And you should not have taken away Weds. night.
Lots of classes, excellent instructors, friendly staff and participants
