Been very happy with the senior classes and schedule. Expressing displeasure with the frequently unavailable classes, they eventually did respond by enforcing an attendance policy and adding a couple extra classes. The instructors do a good job leading the classes and often explaining proper technique. I’d suggest adding some cardio oriented thrive senior classes. Strenghth and balance are fine but yhe cardio is too limited. D also like to see more classes focused on standing with use of chairs as strictly optional. Some instructor are good about a standing focus but some others are too fixated on using the chairs. Beyond senior classes, they got a well rounded variety of strength, core, and cardio. Of course, there’s also the pools, track and courts.

I enjoy the staff - they are engaged and always friendly. The facility is super clean and well kept. The machines are generally well maintained and upgraded. and i like the group classes - both bike and cardio. instructors are lovely

Everyone is friendly when you walk in the door. I love many of the instructors. It is consistently clean. I do wish the sauna was a bit bigger.
I really consider to be part of a family when I’m at the gym therefore I not have any problems to show my attitude and feelings.

Great place, great people, great classes!
I like the instructors and classes, but recent facility changes are beyond frustrating. Forcing outdoor pool class attendees to traipse completely through the building, leaving a trail of water on the floor is beyond stupid and dangerous. Someone will fall. You can’t shower outside because they throw you out to lock up the pool area. PLEASE reconsider this very dangerous decision.
