Loving the Y! The classes are great, I love the body pump classes and the spin classes and have been going to them every week. The instructors for all of the classes I've attended have been super. I also like that you can use the spin room when there isn't a class in session. I like it so much that I convinced my husband to join and submitted a membership add form today!
Thank y’all for Water aerobics, it has turned my activity level around, especially after a knee replacement.

My son was very happy last week during camp, and we enjoyed a nice indoor swimming activity this weekend.
I'm devoted to the Y. The friendly staff is #1, including those who take such good care of my children after school (Kaitlyn, Hadleigh, Kenny, and their teams); those at the front desk and who greet me with a warm smile every time I check in for a workout and wish me a good day as I leave; and of course the instructors who have turned me into a regular on the group workout roster (especially Joan, Brianna, and Gina.) Other reasons I love the Y: the instructors taught my children to swim, I keep winning the app-based challenges, and the supportive, healthy community members I now know through my involvement. Wishful thinking: I envision more outdoor group workout opportunities (with built-up spaces to support them), either adjacent to the building or through group activities (such as Finley's youth triathlon, or outdoor yoga classes), and electric vehicle chargers in the parking lot. :)

The classes
We love the Y! Always friendly staff and no overpacked so we can always get a good workout in. Things are clean and nice. I will say that I often want in between dumbbell weights like 8/12/17lbs but I make it work.
The proximity to my house. The friendly staff. The convenience and hours. The range of programs and machines and equipment.
Facilities, hours of availability & friendly staff and people. Extra programs are interesting but so far I have not had time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my yoga class. The facility is very clean, especially the restrooms. Thank you so much for that.
The only concern that I had on Thursday was the lack of air conditioning, and it was quite humid. I had to excuse myself in the middle of yoga, because I cannot tolerate the heat.

The people
My kids (a 3rd grader and Kindergartener) love the experience at after school and their Intersession camps. We love that they are able to engage in play with structure and safety in place and we absolutely love the staff. As two working parents, we are incredibly grateful to have this affordable option in our community!
