Cleanliness. Updated and well-maintained equipment. Variety of offerings for group fitness classes. Proximity to the running/bike trail (American Tobacco Trail). Our family loves it!
I love the YMCA at the American tobacco location. I think this location would benefit greatly by becoming a 24-hour access location. It can be modeled after many gyms in the area that have a key card access and staff only during the day. Staff would not be needed at night. Please consider at least doing a trial run of this model.

I like the smaller, less crowded atmosphere. Due to the fact it is smaller, I’ve gotten to know the other folks working out. It feels like a small family group among the regulars.
