Clean facility, upkept equipment, not a lot of amenities in comparison to other sites but it still works if youre there just to lift or stretch. Not a lot of traffic which is my favorite part.

Its a calm slow atmosphere. Its never crowded. I love this location for that reason.
I have been a YMCA member for 10+ years and the ATC YMCA location is my favorite. The staff are always so incredibly welcoming and helpful if I have questions. The space is consistently clean and the equipment is on the newer side as well. I'm really grateful that this location recently expanded their hours to 7 pm -- it has made a world of difference in being able to exercise after work.

I like tobacco location because it’s most convenient for me, closest to my job and easy parking in the deck there. I also like that it’s not as busy in the am, easier to approach all around!

Convenient to my home, with free garage parking. Run other errands downtown after some yoga classes.
In large part I like it's location, just steps away from my home.
I also like that it is small, and quiet.
I don't mind that it's closed weekends, I might rather it was open Friday afternoon.

Everyone is amazingly friendly and helpful. The facilities are terrific; never too crowded and clean and well maintained. Love the classes that I take and I have, so far, stayed focused and continue to attend! I have been a couch potato all my life but going to the Y has changed my old habits. So much healthier and happier!

I love that it is down the street from my home. That it is a clean and modern facility. That it isn’t big but has everything that I need.
But most of all I like the people! The staff is fantastic; kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Shirley at the front desk is wonderful! She knows everyone’s name.
I take classes three days a week with Laurie and she is the first fitness instructor that has gotten me to move and to keep coming back. Her classes are upbeat, fun and challenging. She has so much energy and enthusiasm that it makes me want to work that much harder to be as fit as possible. Joining this Y has been life affirming. Thank you!
