I like the variety of classes, especially the yoga flow classes. However, lately there are too many 45 min classes that used to be an hour! Some yoga classes even used to be 90 min! What happened?
It’s great only concern about the swimming pools stuff not all of them but couple of them are mean to children

Love this location for the large indoor pool, they have also made some improvements to the pool. My daughter loves the kid zone here. The lobby area is amazing. Great location

Availability of gentle yoga classes
The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean. There are many variety of group classes especially early in the morning.
I enjoy the YMCA while improving and maintaining my good health. The programs are fun to do with the instructors. Each day I look forward to getting to the gym to a "feed good day!"
It’s convenient to my office so I can workout during the day. The staff is always very friendly too. Would love for the women’s locker room showers to be updated.

I love this place. If the communications with Y sports could be improved and you would offer a discount on the season for parents who volunteer as coaches, I think this would be a great win. I also think you should expand partnerships and practice sites to schools and churches more so that kids can play in Y leagues on weekends w/o parents have to go across town on weekdays. I love Emily Best, Stacy A, Cheri A and many of the other Alexander Y staff. Can you consider another location like the Kmart site right by 440 in West Raleigh off Western Blvd?
Clean facilities and good instructors. I wish I could go more often but not enough classes offered for senior citizens who want to stay active. I am forced to attend another gym that offers Silver Sneakers classes for active adults.
