I am a regular at the Alexander Y. Instructors are great - Julie, Holly, Staci, Emily, Cheri to name a few! I love the classes. Everyone - staff and guests - are friendly, helpful and positive. Facility is always clean and fully equipped. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

The Alexander YMCA is terrific through and through. From size, space, equipment, indoor pool, locker rooms and staff, I enjoy every visit.
I love the great fitness facility combined with a great pool! The combination of those two in the same place is unmatched in the Triangle (except for at other Y’s, of course).
