I like how friendly the staff are, especially the early morning crowd. I only go to this Y once a week for swimming but it is a highlight of my week.

Variety of classes, open and diverse and helpful staff.
I enjoy the classes and the teachers as well as those attending the classes. Some of my best friends I met at the Y. It’s a great way to socialize with others who prioritize fitness. The front desk staff is exceptionally welcoming, especially Bruce!

Also you should get rid of the music in the main workout room because everyone already uses AirPods and the music just interferes with that. This is especially noticeable if I’m on the stairmaster since my head will be near the speaker.

Clean facility, good equipment and friendly staff.
Staff is friendly. Facility is clean. There are an adequate number of weight and cardio machines. Lately the Sauna and steam room have been working well. Marcus Miller is a good man.
Classes
Family feel in all areas. Not a just workout gym feel. Classes like yoga but parking is still a concern. I would say membership has maxed out. Right now temporary better with more spots but once you open that new children building they will quickly fill up.

Unsolicited suggestions:
Gently request members to follow guidelines, they are posted but often violated. I am not saying throw somebody out, but verbally address the guideline with them.
My observations:
Open toe shoes, no shoes, flip flops, open containers - how does this get by the check in??
People seating on equipment for extended periods (on their phone)
Staff not making eye contact and at least saying "Hello, what is your name"?
The staff not speaking to guidelines violators is not seating well with many conforming members.
Please speak to people as needed (guideline issues or just Hello) and get a better rating.
The teachers are great and the classes are very inviting
Being able to use all the Y's in addition to our own.
Cardio and strength classes
I don’t like the fact that 3 out of the last 4 times that I’ve tried to sign up there is no space! This is a problem for many of us. Is there a place to allow for larger spaces? In some cases, why can’t the gym be used like with Emily’s large classes.
