I love working out at the YMCA and always feel valued as a member. The staff are super helpful and I enjoy the child care services too. The group exercise classes are great! I love getting to sign up for classes beforehand to see how filled they are getting and the frequent email updates on what is happening at the YMCA.

I grew up attending the YMCA. Since joining the YMCA in the triangle area, the experience has been nothing but pleasant.
Love the Thrive classes plus gentle yoga. With Thrive on my exercise schedule, some better nutrition and other lifestyle choices, I have decreased my blood pressure by 30+ points. If i can do it, so can other folks looking to get on a health focused fitness program.

Check in employees are always very nice, good variety of fitness classes, facilities are typically pretty clean.
The classes and times fit my schedule. The instructors for these classes are knowledgeable, energetic, personable and one gets a good workout. I am wishing the 10:45 classes all went back to one hour vs. the current 45 minutes as there isn’t enough time to get everything in.

The staff is great. For example, I get mixed up on my locker combination sometimes, the man is always nearby to let me back in. Also, it's a nice large and clean gym.
